Angie
I enjoy many forms of entertainment and crafting. I am an avid reader, journaler, and movie watcher. I love experiencing the imaginings of other people brought to life, and I enjoy discussing various people's interpretations of them. I like knitting, paper crafts, writing, people watching, and working on simple quilts. I love to bake, but hate to cook dinner. And most days, I dream of Mary Poppins coming to my home, singing A Spoonful of Sugar, and magically cleaning my apartment.
I grew up on the family farm, the oldest of five, with numerous extended family on both sides (which is probably where my dreams of solitude and tranquility come from). As a young girl, I remember spending countless Saturdays with my grandmother baking. I especially enjoyed baking my personal favorites: pies, donuts, and maple sugar cakes. There were also the annual days of canning: jams, applesauce, tomato sauce, corn, and pickles. Grandma always had craft projects for us to do and time to spend doing them with us.
